Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this website and the engagement of Decision Resolution. The service is intentionally focused, private, and designed for high-stakes decision contexts.

1. Scope of Service

Decision Resolution provides private advisory sessions focused on resolving a single high-stakes personal or professional decision within a structured session format.

2. Nature of Engagement

The service is consultative in nature. It is not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, therapy, or regulated professional representation.

Responsibility for any decision, action, implementation, or consequence remains entirely with the client.

3. Session Structure

Each engagement is designed as a focused session, typically 90 minutes, centered on one clearly defined decision.

Preparation, framing, and immediate next steps may be discussed, but the session itself remains bounded in scope and time.

4. Booking and Payment

All sessions are prepaid and confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Each session reserves a dedicated 90-minute time block and is limited to one specific decision.

5. Booking, Scheduling, and Session Policy

Sessions are scheduled as dedicated, uninterrupted time. Once confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively and is not made available elsewhere.

Rescheduling is possible once, provided the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made within 72 hours are not guaranteed, as the reserved time cannot be reassigned on short notice.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. This reflects the dedicated nature of the reserved time.

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals reduce the available session time and do not extend the session. Failure to attend a scheduled session is considered a completed engagement and is non-refundable.

If a session is booked with less than 72 hours’ notice, it may be rescheduled to the next available time if required for scheduling or payment confirmation.

6. Confidentiality and Discretion

Decision Resolution is designed as a private advisory environment. Conversations are approached with discretion, focus, and the expectation that what is said remains contained within the engagement.

All information shared in the context of a session is treated as strictly private. No part of a client’s situation is used for marketing, case studies, external reference, or for personal, financial, or strategic advantage, including application to other clients or situations.

The integrity of client information is fundamental to the service and is not repurposed beyond the immediate session.

That said, confidentiality through this website or standard business tools is not the same as legal privilege unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

No guarantee is made regarding any particular decision, outcome, result, business effect, personal consequence, or implementation success arising from a session.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Decision Resolution is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the website, the service, or any decision made following a session.

9. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes. While care is taken in its preparation, no representation is made that all content is complete, accurate, or continuously available.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or service constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
